You can request a refund within 14 days after purchase. If 14 days have elapsed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Shipping costs are none refundable, the original cost of shipping your order to you will be deducted from your refund. In case your order benefited from our free shipping program you will be informed of the shipping costs as soon as we receive your refund request.
The buyer is responsible for the return costs and all items must be returned in their original packaging with all lables and contents originally supplied.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. We will also inform you of our decision to approve or deny your refund request. If your request is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically deposited to your credit card or to your original payment method, in less than three weeks.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not yet received your refund, first verify your bank account again. Then, contact the credit card issuer, as there may be a delay before your refund is officially published. Then, contact your bank. Processing time is often required before a refund is issued. Reduced items (if applicable)
Only standard price items can be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items are non-refundable.
Changes (if applicable)
We only replace an item if it is defective or damaged. If, in this case, you want to exchange it for the same article, send us an email to info@dualtroneurope.com.
Submission
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the shipping costs will be deducted from the corresponding amount. Depending on your place of residence, the time required to receive your changed product may vary. If you are sending an item that has a value greater than 100 €, you should consider using a delivery service that allows you to track your shipment and / or take out delivery insurance. We do not guarantee that we receive the item that you return to us.
